This website. This site has no contact forms and sets no cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we run on our own server. It stores no cookies, records no personal data, and does not follow you across other websites; visits are counted in aggregate only. Separately, our hosting provider may automatically store standard server log data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of request) for security and to operate the site. The legal basis for both is our legitimate interest in a safe, functioning website and in understanding how it is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Files you send us. If you email us supplier price lists, we process those files and their contents only to clean, map, and validate your product data and to reply to you. The legal basis is performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your files are treated as confidential, are not sold or shared with third parties, and are deleted on request or automatically after processing. Any service providers we use (e.g. email or hosting) act as processors under appropriate agreements.
Retention. We keep files and correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, and delete them on request or automatically after processing.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
